NanoCelle® Coenzyme Q10 is a concept formulation delivering 30 mg Ubiquinol in 0.6 ml in 6 actuation of the pump applied to the oro-buccal membrane. The absorption characteristics of the concept formulation were compared to 3 other Australian CoQ10 formulations in a Phase 0, Pharmacokinetic study.

CoQ10 is a fat-soluble vitamin-like compound that is found throughout organ tissues but particularly in the heart, skeletal muscle, liver, kidney, and brain
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) has a central role in the generation of cellular bioenergy and its regulation. CoQ10 is also an important antioxidant. Because of its hydrophobicity and large molecular weight, absorption of dietary CoQ10 is slow and limited.
In the case of dietary supplements, solubilised CoQ10 formulations show enhanced bioavailability.
